For better service to exhibitors and further enhance the exhibition brand; The organizing committee launched a business invitation service for the vast number of exhibitors .We will try our best to provide the personal service for the exhibitors and arrange the designed person who take charge of the directional invitation. It covers government agencies,top officials, the embassy, commercial counsellor, industry association and the news media, scientific research institutions, marketing planning, traders, investment and financing institutions, project docking, channel bag business, dealers, distributors, buyers, invite professional buyers and a series of services.
Note:
1, The service is only open to exhibitors at the conference, or won not provide services;
2, Do not accept the invitation of exhibitors after the March 16 2015;
3, If there is a willing to do ,please put the requirement in detail and submitted to the organizing committee in the form of a written application.
4, Once received the application, the organizing committee will reply and give the detail information within three working days.
5, If the exhibitors approve the service pattern of the organizing committee , the invitation the official start of the service.
6, the organizing committee within 15 working days before the meeting open , report to detail that invite the results.
