The 60th Taipei Int’l Gift & Stationery Show (Giftionery'08), Asia’s most established gift and stationery exhibition, will once again kick off the show season by presenting a vast array of unique and innovative products, services, and networking opportunities at Taipei World Trade Center. Giftionery ’06 was a great hit thanks to the high quality products presented in well-defined exhibition areas and the soaring number of domestic wholesalers and big corporations who visited the show. Giftionery ’08 will continue to provide an ideal one-stop sourcing center with effective product categorization in the areas of: Giftware, stationery, home decoration/family products, boutique products, band licensing, local specialty and cultural products, products of tomorrow, and innovative designer products. Giftionery sets itself apart from other gift shows in the region as it continues to offer boutique quality giftware for luxury item buyers. This year, the Boutique Giftware Area will be expanded into the Asia Pacific Boutique Giftware Area to highlight the creativity, cultural uniqueness, and functional design of boutique giftware made by manufacturers from Asia Pacific countries. Another show feature will be the voting for the "Most Popular Taiwanese Giftware" by visitors from all over the world. This competition will showcase Taiwan’s strengths in giftware quality, originality and design as it honors companies and individual who made outstanding and innovative products. Moreover, the International Forum on Brand Licensing on April 23 will gather opinion leaders from the industry, government, and academia to discuss the latest trends in brand licensing, brand management, and strategic partnership.
