China Trade Week─Kenya, which has been grandly held in Kenyatta International Conference Center of Nairobi, Kenya in June, 2016, has made tremendous repercussions, and gets the praise of the visitors and exhibitors. It even gets the support of “African Union”, wins the reputation of “Canton Fair in Africa”, and attracts the high attention and focus of Ethiopia government. In order to promote and push the domestic economy, Ethiopia government sends an invitation to MIE groups.
In 11th, January 2017, Michelle Meyrick, director of international programs in MIE, and Justine Clave, international maketing manager, met Gashaw Abate, Addis Ababa trade and investment director of chamber of Commerce and Industry Association in Ethiopia. Mr. Abate highly praised the contribution made by China trade week to Africa's economic and trade, and gave a high evaluation of the China Trade Week series. He said the Ethiopian government and every association expressed full support to China Trade Week in Ethiopia, would actively promote the Ethiopia enterprises and people to participate in this exhibition. He was confident and looking forward to the Ethiopia China Trade Week, which will be held in July.
