Introduction:
POEM is the leading international conference in the fields of photonics and optoelectronics in China and will be hosted by Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO) and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). POEM 2019 will include the following collocated topical meetings:
Optical Fibers, Fiber-based Devices and Applications;
Optoelectronic Devices and Integration;
Information Storage System and Technology;
Photonics for Energy;
Laser Science and Technology;
Terahertz Science and Applications
？POEM 2019 will also feature workshops, symposia, a Sino-French Optoelectronics Forum, a graduate student forum, and a journal editorial board meeting. POEM 2019 will be held in conjunction with the 16th Optics Valley of China International Optoelectronics Exposition and Forum (OVE EXPO) which will take place on November 13-15, 2019.
