Introduction:
The aim of PlantTech 2021 is to cover the valorization chain of plant resources. It will bring together experts in the characterization of small molecules/biopolymers and their biosynthetic pathways and those applying this knowledge in dedicated pilot processes. Therefore, domains such as morphogenesis, stress response, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, chemical characterization and in vitro culture will be discussed together with topics related to the latest innovations in bioprocessing, synthetic biology, metabolic engineering and the use of chassis organisms.
