Introduction:
POEM is the leading international conference in the fields of photonics and optoelectronics in China and will be hosted by Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics (WNLO) and Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST). POEM will include the following collocated topical meetings:
