The 2021 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held in Madrid, Spain, from 7 -11 December 2021. Themed "Connecting Cultures around the Globe," this flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program including 12 symposia, selected areas in communications track and a variety of tutorials and workshops.
