Introduction:
The INTERNATIONAL RAILWAY CONGRESS is going to be the largest business meeting of its kind for senior managers of rail companies and related industries, as well as suppliers and customers with an interest primarily in long-distance cargo transport by rail. The Congress will debate and discuss the current and future challenges facing rail transportation. As we look at linking up the great railway networks and systems of the world for sustainable transport of goods by rail, the Congress will debate how existing best practice can point to for sustainable rail infrastructure projects of the future.
