Two Billion Dollars Baby and Children Products Industry Grows 20% on Average

Every year 1.3 million babies born in Turkey, where families spent an average of USD 40-60 per month for their children, and around USD 480-700 annually.

The size of the baby and children products industry in Turkey is circa USD two billion. The textile group is the sub-sectors with the largest share in the market, with 30 percent and diapers with 22 percent. Besides, per the size of the market share, these products are followed by baby transport equipment and furniture products including food and toy group and baby carriages. Every year 1.3 million babies born in Turkey, where families spent an average of USD 40-60 per month for their children, and around USD 480-700 annually. In this context, Turkey stands out in the world with the growth potential in the baby and children products industry.

Autumn-Winter 2021-2022 collections for ages between 0-16 for baby and children fashion will be exhibited at CBME Turkey the 39th International İstanbul Maternity Baby Children Products to be held in İstanbul Expo Center between 13-16 January 2021. The exhibition is an important meeting point for manufacturers that want to take advantage of the huge market potential in the target Middle East, North Africa, Balkans, and Russia-CIS regions.
