The rise of the pet economy is undeniable, with Thailand's cat market outpacing dog ownership for the first time, showing a 32.1% growth rate. This shift in pet ownership reflects the evolving relationship between modern pet owners and their feline companions.

According to Thai TMB Bank (TTB), the Thai pet market was valued at 75,000 million baht in 2014, growing by 12.4% from the previous year. Interestingly, while the dog market grew by 40.4%, the cat market saw a remarkable 37.1% growth in 2024. This trend reflects the increasing popularity of cats, especially among Gen Z owners, who treat their pets as family and invest in their health and well-being.”
Supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), The Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) and the International Ancient Thai Cat Association (TIMBA), the fair will feature over 150 booths offering more than 300 premium products, including cat food, treats, accessories, and other pet-related goods. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest trends in pet care, discover innovative products, and connect with fellow cat lovers in a lively atmosphere.
